Hmmm, deep fried calf testicles anyone?

I treated myself to this delicacy whilst in Texas for the fourth of July. Yummy! I knew what they were but had never tried them, thinking that they were a joke for the tourists. I now know this is not the case. They are a treat cooked by cowboys in the fire for heating the branding irons when working the cattle.
